Why do I almost always feel nauseous after a tough work-out?
I’ve been eating earlier and earlier to avoid this. I stay hydrated. I just want to throw up and die right now.
What is the deal?

it could be that you are training extremely hard and pushing your body to it’s limits and that can cause nausea.
