Why do I almost always feel nauseous after a tough work-out?

I’ve been eating earlier and earlier to avoid this. I stay hydrated. I just want to throw up and die right now.

What is the deal?

  1. fiture answered: it could be that you are training extremely hard and pushing your body to it’s limits and that can cause nausea.
  2. uncannie answered: after a rough spin class i feel like that, it’s fine just walk it off.. cool your body down
