I just played the beginning of "Wild Thing" on...
I've been feeling crappy all week...
…mentally and physically. just annoyed about a lot of things in my life and wanted nothing more than to be locked up in my room. But I went to the gym for a bit and now I’m getting ready for date number 3.

WatchI feel out of it today, like someone took my brain, put it in a blender, and just went to town. My attention has been on what I need to do, and the house being destroyed across the street … mainly on the latter.

Half hour on the eliptical, then an hour and fifteen minutes of yoga.
